if it was supercharged/turbo'd I'd expect 10k, however it looks like most of the ($) work has mostly been cosmetic and maintenance (and wheels). 

 

clean looking car for sure.

It would have to be a fully swapped R32T, PSS9's, 3k paint, 3k wheels to not get laughed at for a 10k asking price.
